3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
We want every author to be fully satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
3.1 eBook Purchases
- Due to the digital nature of eBooks, all eBook sales are FINAL and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
- If an eBook has significant errors (wrong file, corrupted file), we will replace it or issue a full refund within 7 working days.
3.2 Publishing Services
- Manuscript Evaluation Fee: Non-refundable once evaluation has commenced.
- Editorial Services: 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of payment. Non-refundable after editorial work has begun.
- Cover Design: Non-refundable once initial concepts have been shared.
- Full Publishing Package: 30% refund if cancelled within 7 days and no work has commenced. Non-refundable after production begins.
3.3 Print Books
- Print books can be returned within 7 days if received in damaged condition.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the publisher if the damage is our fault.
- We do not accept returns for change-of-mind on print orders.
3.4 How to Request a Refund
Email us at varalinij1989@gmail.com with subject line “REFUND REQUEST — [Your Order ID]”. Include your full name, order details, and reason for refund. We process refund requests within 5-7 working days.
3.5 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary: UPI/NEFT — 2-3 days, Credit/Debit card — 5-7 days, PayPal — 3-5 days.
