5. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES POLICY

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

5.1 Accepted Genres

• Fiction, Non-Fiction, Biography/Memoir, Self-Help, Poetry, Children’s Books
• Academic/Educational, Spiritual/Religious and all other genres
• Works in English and all major Indian languages

5.2 Manuscript Requirements

• Format: Microsoft Word (.docx or .doc) only
• Minimum word count: 10,000 words (except poetry and children’s books)
• Maximum word count: No upper limit
• Font: Any standard font — we reformat during production
• Language: English or any Indian language written in Unicode

5.3 What to Include

• Complete manuscript (not excerpts, unless submitting for evaluation only)
• Author biography (100-200 words)
• Synopsis (300-500 words)
• Proposed target audience and genre

5.4 Response Time

• Initial acknowledgement: Within 24 hours of submission
• Editorial review and decision: 5-7 working days
• Full editorial report (if requested): 10-14 working days

5.5 Simultaneous Submissions

We accept simultaneous submissions but request that you notify us immediately if your manuscript is accepted elsewhere.

5.6 Rejected Submissions

We provide brief feedback on rejected submissions. Authors may resubmit revised work after 90 days.
