By accessing our website www.fraternityquestpublishers.com or using any of our publishing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2.1 Services Offered

Fraternity Quest Publishers provides the following services:

  • Manuscript evaluation and editorial feedback
  • Book design, typesetting, and cover creation
  • EPUB and Print PDF conversion
  • ISBN assignment and KDP/Amazon publishing assistance
  • Print-on-Demand production and distribution
  • eBook publishing and digital distribution
  • Author profile and catalog management

2.2 User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to submit manuscripts or purchase services
  • You confirm that all submitted content is your original work or that you hold the necessary rights
  • You agree not to submit plagiarised, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

2.3 Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payments are due before services commence unless a credit arrangement has been agreed
  • We accept UPI, NEFT, credit/debit cards, and PayPal
  • Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced (see Refund Policy)

2.4 Intellectual Property

Authors retain full ownership of their manuscripts and published works. By submitting to us, you grant us a limited licence to edit, format, and publish your work as per the agreed publishing contract. We retain ownership of all design work, templates, and proprietary tools we create.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

Fraternity Quest Publishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the author for the specific service in question.

2.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

2.7 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
