6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT POLICY

We respect intellectual property rights and expect all parties to do the same.

6.1 Author Copyright

Authors retain full copyright of their original work at all times. Publication with us does not transfer ownership of copyright. The author is identified as copyright holder in all published editions.

6.2 ISBN & Barcode

ISBNs assigned through us are registered in the author’s name. If the author provides their own ISBN, we will use it in production.

6.3 Cover Design Copyright

Cover designs created by our design team remain the property of Fraternity Quest Publishers unless the author purchases full design rights as an add-on service. The cover may only be used for the specific book it was designed for.

6.4 Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism before acceptance. Works found to contain substantial plagiarised content will be rejected. If plagiarism is discovered post-publication, we reserve the right to immediately withdraw the work from sale with no refund.

6.5 DMCA Compliance

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at varalinij1989@gmail.com with full details. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 14 working days.
