10. PRINT-ON-DEMAND & PRODUCTION POLICY

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

10.1 Print Specifications

We produce books in standard and custom sizes using the specifications agreed during submission:

• Book sizes: 5×8″, 5.5×8.5″, 6×9″, 8.5×11″ and custom
• Paper: 70 GSM, 80 GSM, 90 GSM or 100 GSM
• Binding: Perfect Bound, Hardcover, Spiral, Saddle Stitch
• Cover finish: Matte, Gloss or Soft Touch
• Interior: Black & White or Full Colour

10.2 Production Timeline

• Proof copy: 10-15 working days after editorial approval
• Author approval of proof: 5 working days
• Print run completion: 15-20 working days after proof approval
• Delivery: 3-7 working days after print completion

10.3 Quality Assurance

Every print run undergoes quality inspection. Defective copies are replaced at no charge within 14 days of delivery.

10.4 Minimum Orders

Print-on-Demand: No minimum order — single copie available. Offset printing: Minimum 100 copies for cost-effective production.

10.5 Spine Width

Spine width is calculated automatically based on page count and paper GSM after conversion. The formula used is: (Total Pages / 2) x Paper Thickness per sheet. Authors are informed of the final spine width before cover production.
